Central Jakarta Targets to Vaccinate 150 Animals

We are open since 9 AM and have managed to vaccinate 134 animals in one half hour

The Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency holds free anti-rabies vaccination for animals living on Jalan Mortir, Kodam Housing Complex, Sumur Batu Urban Village, Kemayoran Sub-district, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (10/2).

"We are open since 9 AM and have managed to vaccinate 134 animals in one half hour. Our target is actually 150 animals," said Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency Head, Hasudungan.

South Jakarta Holds Free Vaccination for Animals Until October 3

Of 134 animals, 62 out of them are dogs and 72 are cats. To reach even broader, the door-to-door system will be intensified

Kemayoran Sub-district Head Asep Mulyana expressed he really appreciated this free service.

"This is surely important, especially in relation to the health factors of those who maintain animals infected rabies and the local people," he stated.
